When mailing, please make sure you have the correct amount of credit check fees (fees are listed on page 3 of credit check form).

Credit check fees should be in the form of Money Order or Cashier's Check, payable to and forward to the P.O. Box address listed on page 3 of the credit check form or on the top/1st page of this letter;

Lastly, please provide to our office a detail descriptions as to what type of business/service you will be providing in that rental unit; our office will need to double check our records to see the service you're providing will not be an issue/conflict to our other existing tenants in that center.
